What are the hardware and software requirements for running Simple Doc Organizer?
Hardware:
- 1GHz CPU w/ at least 1Gb RAM
- 50 Mb of diskspace for application
- For storage of Document Archives depends on how many files you want store and their size
Software:
- Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 (32 or 64 bits)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 4 or higher
Optional:
- IFilter (to search by content of PDF files)
- Acrobat Reader (To visualize PDF's)
- Microsoft Office (To visualize MS Office Documents)
What scanners can i use with Simple Doc Organizer?
You can use any scanner that uses TWAIN drivers. Our products has been designed and tested to work with high-speed scanners, using for that the most popular interface and used by manufacturers of major brands of scanners, ie the TWAIN.
What are the major differences between Simple Doc Organizer Home Edition and Professional Edition?
The big major difference is that the Professional Edition is a Network based solution, is designed to work with Archive in a collaborative and shared way, with many user or computers you want. Home Edition is just designed to work with one user, in just one computer.

How do I get update for Simple Doc Organizer?How do I get update for Simple Doc Organizer?
They are automatically downloaded when the application starts, through the Internet. Or simply, in help option of application menu, click on 'Check for updates'.
The applications works in 64 bits Windows versions?
Yes. All solutions are prepared to work in Windows XP, Vista and 7, 32 and 64 bits versions.
In other versions of Windows is also very likely to work, but are not properly tested, so, just not supported by us.
The exception is made with the Database / Database of Simple Doc Organizer Professional Edition, which works on all versions of windows from enabling the sharing of files over the network.
Can Simple Doc Organizer Archives be used by multiple users over the network?
Yes, Simple Doc Organizer Professional Edition can be used to share Archives data and documents between multiple users over the network.

Which payment methods are default available?
There is available by default the following payment methods:

Payment by bank transfer
to make the payment of a product through Bank Transfer, please follow the following steps:
- The purchase of our applications, select payment by bank transfer. .
- The data of the account to make the transaction will be sent to your email..
- After making the payment, you should send us an email with the following data:
- Name and Nr. of the account from which the transfer was made
- Purchase Nr.
- Value
- Date
Note: Always store the counterfoil of the transfer provided by ATM or computer, it serves as proof of purchase.

What is the difference between a product package with 1, 2 or 5 licenses...what means one license?
For each workstation or computer, you have to buy a license, or if for example you want to install the software on 8 computers, and this is only available in packages of 2 or 5 licenses, you can choose:
- Buy 2 packages of 5 Licenses (10 Licenses for 10 Computers).
- Buy 1 package of 5 Licenses and 3 additional packages of single licenses.
I buy a package with 5 licenses where i install it in 5 computers. What should i do to install in more computers?
You can purchase an extension or more additional licenses packages, with the number of additional workstations that best fit what you want.
I just buy one of your products, using your sales web-page, and now? what should i do next?
Once we confirmed the payment of the product in question, we will send to you an email with all necessary information (licenses, application download link, installation guide link, etc).
How to register or license the application?
In the application, choose Help and then License/Register Application ...
I Buy the Home Edition, can i upgrade to Professional Edition?
Yes. The Home Edition is fully upgradable to Professional version. It's very easy to upgrade from Home to Professional keeping all your Archives.
What kind of technical support i have available?
There are 3 types of support:
- Documentation - Online Wiki with installation instructions, user guides, videos and pod Casts help, knlowledgebase, etc ...
- Correction of bugs - are freely available via automatic updates, minor corrective patches to correct errors or small bugs that may arise in the application.
- Support by Tickets - Support based on a online system of tickets and is designed to help the customer to install and use the application. Support packages based on limited in time and / or number of tickets. This type of support is paid and is not included in the normal purchase (unless stated in the purchase of the product).
